Roses


Roses! Whenever we heard the name or see Roses mind get refreshed.It provides coolness to both mind and eyes.Not only this but roses provides lots of benefits to health.So we see the benefits one by one:
  • Rose Water:
  1. Rose Water provides coolness to eyes.
  2. Rose water applied on the face as toner,its closes the open pores and provides coolness,reduces redishness on the face,reduces skin tan.
  3. Mixed with different ayurvedic face packs and apllied on face to provide coolness and soothing effects.
  4. Rose water sprayed on the body for freshness.
  5. Rose water mixed in biryani to get unique rosy taste and smell.
  6. Rose water also put into various sweet dishes.
  • Now we see the procedure of making Rose Water(Gulab Jal) at home.So instead of buying  from market and spend lots of money,we get fresh rose water at home and in lots of quantity.
Take a big pot put the rose petels into it you can use rose petasls of any colour of rose no need of it should be red,fill the pot with rose petals and add 1/2 litre of water into that pot,let it boil till the water reduce to the 1/4 litre then switch of the gas.Let cool the water and pour it into bottle.Your rose water is ready,it is so simple.Instead of wasting roses when some one gifted you or you buy for decoration.After the use of  roses you can mke use of it either for making gulab jal or after drying the rose petal you can grind it to fine powder or you can use it into various face pack or recepies.You can put the rose powder in cotton cloth like malmal and make small potli of it an keep it into your  saree packets so it will give natural fragnance to the sarees or clothes.
Multani mitti when mixed with gulab jal we get a very nice pack to apply on face when dried wash it with luke warm water.You will get glowing face.
